I’m finally getting to a point where I’m able to get back into a regular workout routine, and I want to lose some serious weight. On top of eating healthy and exercising, I’ve read a lot of success stories for Alli. I understand the icky side effects if you eat a lot of fats, but just curious if anyone had any real life experience they’d want to share!

I tried it several years ago. Followed my fat intake very closely and still had all the nasty side effects. My dad is a pharmacist and he said his experience with patients is that most of them get the side effects. It was really so gross that I stopped taking it. My dad also read some research articles that had reports of people getting colon polyps from using it so that also was enough for me not to try it again.
