No, it's definitely a safe website. My sister and her husband booked Grand Pollidium in Jamaica (sp) this past spring and had a good experience.
My parents have used that site at least a couple times, barbados and somewhere else I can't remember. They travel a lot and my dad raves about it... they are going somewhere over thanksgiving this year using cheapcaribbean also.

FI and I used it to go to Jamaica a few years back, it was amazing. They were so helpful and everything went off without incident. We had such a great experience that we used them to book our upcoming honeymoon to Puerto Vallarta!!! CAN'T RECOMMMEND THEM ENOUGH! YAYYYYY CHEAPCARIBBEAN!! :)
I concure - FI and I have used that site 2 times and had great experiences. I wish they had mope like it for other destinations. (I know they do have different agencies (like applevacations, etc), but I mean I like the service and offerings that cheapcarribean has and have not found a similar one for other places like Europe).
It's a great site! I heard about it first on the Today show and then I did extensive research on it anyways, just to be on the safe side
...We booked our honeymoon to Punta Cana and they've been nothing but amazing and helpful since. They are in constant contact if anything changes and I've had a positive experience with them so far.
I love it. We used it to go to Maya Riviera last year and this year to Bahamas. I love them.
We booked our honeymoon to Couples Sans Souci through them. It was easy and really cheap! Cant wait!!
we booked our couples tower isle vacation with them - like clarebee said - super cheap and very easy - even comes with insurance since its hurricane season!! :)
