@cyshas:  I am sorry I am reporting this so late.  But hopefully the warning can go out to not use Sara Heinrichs.  My son and his wife went to school in SLO and hired Sara for their wedding in August of 2008.  She did the engagement shoot, but then went dark when it came time to order pictures.  Finally came through with the pics, but was not responding prior to the wedding.  Finally about six weeks before she called them back.  She did show up to the wedding and did take okay pictures, but then went dark.  Our son and his wife could not get ahold of her, she would not return numerous calls.  After 16 months they took her to small claims court.  She showed up and through mediation agreed to give a disc of the pics along with release and provide their wedding album.  She had until their 2nd anniversary 8-16-10 to deliver the album.  Two weeks before the deadline they got their album.  The mediation also included a parent album for us.  We ordered it and Sara requested $500 from our son.  He gave into her because he wanted to get our album which we so desperately wanted.  When the album did not arrive she gave excuses, and provided receipts of proof of submission to album maker.  However, it now turns out she fraudulently prepared invoices and e-mails, and a call to the album maker revealed she never submitted the order.  She basically stole more money from clients who trusted her.  She is pathological liar.  DO NOT USE HER FOR PHOTOGRAPHY.  She is bad news.
