Weddingbee boards

Hey Bees!

I've been trying to find a good website for when I make my wedding album and after reading lots of boards, checking out websites, and reading a ton of reviews, I've been really interested in Somerset Albums (http://www.somersetalbums.com/index.asp).

Unfortunately, there are not many reviews online (that I can find) for Somerset.  I've seen one good and one bad review and that's it.  I usually take the opinion that just one or two bad reviews doesn't really mean a lot as no one has a perfect experience and it is usually the unhappy that take to the web and people who had great experiences often don't.

That said, I wanted to know if any Bees have used Somerset Albums or know someone who has.  If so, what was your experience with them?  When you happy with the quality of the album for the price?  How did they work with you when you had questions or issues?
