I loooove her clutches, and messaged her as well about doing a custom order.  I’ve sent her several messages about various questions I had.  However, she’s not very good about replying, and I ran into the same problem you did-I had sent mutiple messages with no response, but she updates her etsy, along with new deposits on there.  However, this happened to me over a period of a month or two back in Feb-April, so it’s not just a recent occurance like yours.  Hope that helps!

Okay, at first, I was kind of like, “Whoa, her area’s flooding?  Cut the girl some slack!”  But then I read that she’s clearly been on Etsy, and that’s totally not okay.  I’ve only had good experiences on Etsy so I don’t know how this is done, but do they have a feature where you can report her or flag her so the Etsy staff knows she’s acting shady with the orders and being non-responsive?

I wanted to order from her- but the feedback was not good enough for me. There was plenty of positive- but even before the flooding supposedly became an issue, there were plenty of buyers saying the communication was bad and they weren’t receiving their items on time.  I have plenty of time until the wedding but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it.

You only have 45 days to file a dispute with Paypal, so I would actually act faster than you are planning on. I’ve had a little trouble with the occasional vendor on ETSY – I think they get overwhelmed when the height of wedding season hits…so yes, follow up in an offical channel – SOON.

I had also really, REALLY wanted to order from her, but when I planned to order (a month ago? 6 weeks?) she already had really bad reviews.  It made me too nervous.  Even though I had a few months to go before the wedding, I was worried they wouldn’t come in time, so I got clutches from elsewhere.  Good luck!

Aw, so bummed for you! That stinks. Good luck! I wish I had some recommendations for you but I am only a month into planning and haven’t gotten to accessories yet 😉

eclu <–etsy seller has some cute ones, bit expensive for what they are though (imo), I don’t think they have a quick turn around though :/

I used PoppyPunch on Etsy.  The cluthes are not in the same category as the ones from Mollusa, but they are cute, extremely well prices and arrived very quickly coming from Thailand.

So sorry you had to deal with that (and are still dealing with it!) I just went to her site and she doesn’t have anything listed for sale. Hopefully she’s shutting down her shop until she can actually follow through with orders!
