I know that a number of us are trying to lose weight before our wedding and there are a few biggest loser type threads to track weight loss progress, but does anyone want to do a daily diet and exercise accountability thread where you could write down what you ate /plan to eat for the day and what exercise you did/plan to do for the day and any comments? They have one on that other wedding website, but I don’t want to post on that website so it would be great to have one here. Anyone interested? Someone would just need to start a thread each day and then anyone could post from there. We could do it in the fitness board so as to not clutter the beehive, but I just wanted to throw out the idea in the beehive.

I have a thread that I do with workouts that I do. I’m probably going to start watching what I eat to an extent because I’m not seeing the results I want. Some other girls are on there but they have been quiet lately. You are welcome to join! I used to post it every week because it was that active but I haven’t been doing that since it died down. It is Workout Buddies.

Last time I checked there was only one response so I’m going to start the accountability thread today.
