I’m not a beach bride, but I am personally not a fan of wearing flip flops on the beach since they kick up sand every time you take a step. Wouldn’t flats or gladiators be better for that? Out of the 2 style shown, I prefer the second ones, but I think you should keep looking!

I wore these sandals for my garden wedding.  I got them from Sseko designs.  You can use the straps to make them look different!

I’m wearing these Kenneth Cole shoes.  They looked a little more dressed up and were still really comfy.  I got them from piperlime.com.  They are amazing!

I don’t know where to find them now, but I bought my sister flip flops that left an impression on the said that said “Just Married” they were really cute.  Not really appropriate for the ceremony, but afterwards would be cute!

Ok, not fancy at all, but Old Navy had some fancy sort of metallic ivory flip flops that were the same color as my dress so I bought them to wear just while getting ready.  We had some rain the night before the wedding and the ground was still wet, so I wore them for a lot of pictures too and because they were the right color, they looked cute and not cheap.  Best $3 I spent on the wedding!

My honest opinion? I think they are not worth the money. As you can see in the photo these are cheap flip flops from Old Navy, simply wrapped with satin. You can easily do that yourself much cheaper.

Going barefoot for the ceremony and then flats for the reception even though I am the flip flop queen. 🙂

I’m wearing white rainbows (rainbows are a brand of flip flops) since I love rainbows. I’m going to decorate the straps with crystals. They are kinda expensive, so my FI got them for me for my bday last month.

@SandAndSea: my SO’s aunt wore these for her beach wedding in Jamaica. she got really lucky and scored and awesome deal and had them handmade by some locals just off the resort for cheap.

I wore these for pictures on the beach and then to my reception.
