Not a Problem… after alterations etc. it was about $2000.  VERY reasonable I thought.  We did not have a dress budget — so my dad was thrilled he “got off easy”  I LOVED that dress!!!!

@veragirl:  We added teh halter — i knew i didnt want strapless.  so they sent us some material that matched the top layer and we just pinned it on!

I bought JA 8557 for my outdoor wedding next September. It’s considered a lace ballgown.  The stock photos don’t have as many poofies underneath the skirt as I’m wearing in these pictures (I think I’m wearing three.  I don’t remember what these are called.  I fail at Bridal Lingo today.)  It cost about $1,600.  I’m going to dress up the waist with a pearl-embellished belt.

@Dancensations:  Dress twin!  I love what you did to the neckline!  I am thinking about doing the same thing, I love this dress!

veragirl:  love all the pictures!  I will be wearing 8695 in October!  The salon didn’t allow pics and it doesn’t come in until later this month. I am struggling with choosing a bustle though.  I would love to see any pictures of bustles on the gowns with the buttons all the way down the train.
