If you are set on ribbon color, maybe you could send them the ribbon that you would like them to use. I was going to do this with my baker, but I couldn't find the ribbon color so I decided that any shade of blue would be fine.
You really can't do that without losing the actual design of the scrolls. I could color the ribbon but couldn't change the color of the scroll.
I would just send them a picture of the cake and specify very clearly what the (adding the color swatches you added here) colors should be. That's what I did with my cake and it worked it out fine.
Hope this helps!
PS. That's a BEAUTIFUL cake! If I had seen that Inspiration photo, I would have used it as my cake too!

This is the cake we are thinking of doing. I want to get the colors right since we are having a destination wedding...I don't want the colors to get mixed up so i'd like to give them a pic of exactly what we want.
I am hoping to have the ribbon be this color
And the scrollwork be green:
Or close. It would be greatly appreciated.
