After my daughter was born, I noticed that a lot of people on The Bump trade their formula checks, so you might check that out, as well.  Also, if you have a Costco membership, they sell Similac formula for super cheap.

MrsSpring, thanks for putting that in my head.  Sam’s is having an open weekend this weekend (non-members can go shop for free) and I’m totally checking out baby stuff now.  I swear, this baby brain sucks out all my common sense sometimes.

To be honest, I wouldn’t worry about that yet. SIgn up for both Similac and Enfamil coupons. You don’t know which one your baby will prefer. AND at the hospital ask for formula samples!!!

@SoontobeMrsA:  yup and have the people you know do it too, like your mom, Darling Husband, sisters.  I get formula all the time, still 10 years later, I still get full cans and coupons in the mail all the time.  I usually give them to a local shelter or womens group.  I originally signed up for a friend and I wonder if they will ever stop.
