My fiance and I are looking for an apartment near Philadelphia. We currently live in Center City, but it is too expensive and the commute out of the city is taking its toll on me. Can anybody suggest a nice, SAFE suburb of Philly that is close enough for him to take SEPTA into Center City? Does anybody know anything about Manayunk, Chestnut Hill, etc.??? I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice, especially if you have names of apartment complexes or streets, etc. Thank you so much!!!! :)
