dont forget you need to see the place at night too, the area could change at night. I have seen some places that look quiet and safe during the day but changed at night

I usually ask specifically about the bad reviews. If the place scoffs it off like its no biggie I take caution. The place we live now had 2 bad reviews. I asked about them and they explained the entire situation including where they messed up and where the real issue was. Turns out it wasn’t as bad as the review made it seem and we have had no problems.

anyone can write a bad review, say you do something that will cause you not to get your security deposit back so you get pissed off and write a bad review (it happened where SO lives) if they have nothing to hide they should tell you what happened if you ask
