Are you using a caterer? They should be able to source the spoons for you. If not, you can find them by googling disposable asian spoons.
Yummy! Id ask your caterer if it is not DIY, they should be able to order them for you. You can do some standard items like chicken or beef but with a really good dipping sauce.
ask your caterer for the options they'd suggest. for spoons: is there a restaurant supplier in town? or you could check craigslist / ebay for 2nd hand restaurant supplies.
how about deviled eggs?
Crostini can make for lovely, inexpensive and easy hors d'ouerves. You could do several different kinds.
mmmm bruschetta, mini quiche bites, crab cakes, and don't laugh: mini corn dogs. They are sooo my fave. With a fancy mustard? heck yeah.
Also chicken satay sticks are good, too.

During cocktail hour, Im doing some tray passed apps. Im on a crazy budget so need them to be inexpensive, but yummy. any ideas?
