I'd ask what the whole chain of steps is. Like first try this....if that doesn't work this...etc.
I'm sure she'll order Day 3 bloodwork, and HSG and a semen analysis.

Yes, bloodwork, a semen analysis and other tests should be done. The length of your cycle may be a factor as well. An HSG will check to be sure your tubes are clear. She may recommend Clomid to see how you respond. If you aren't familiar with Clomid, do some research to see how it works. I wish you luck Tuesday! Let us know how it goes. :)
I haven't been very into all that comes with TTC. I don't really chart or anything. I do know, though, that my cycles are 24 days. She mentioned Clomid last time I was there. Will get to googling....

My gyno is pretty awesome and very open. She is well aware of my lifestyle, my (older) husband, PCOS, etc. When I saw her last before our wedding, we spoke about my timeline and how hubby and I wanted to try on our own but gyno and I agreed that she wouldn't make me wait a year before she'd let me ask for help.
Well, the time has come. We did not conceive on our own and we're ready. My appt is Tuesday and I really don't know what to ask.
Anyone? Thoughts?
