OMG!! I really cant believe it!! its sooooo close!! how the time flies!!
We still have to:
-pick/order wedding favors
-get our wedding license
-i need to buy my rehearsal dinner/bachelorette/shower attire
-by my wedding day jewelry
-pick out wedding party gifts
-pick out the first dance song/father daughter etc
-im thinking of blowing up this e-pic and have it poster size so everyone can sign it as our "guest book", the pens will be metallic and all colors (blue, pink, yellow etc) thoughts? Later we will frame it and put it on our wall.
I am getting so excited!! I am pretty much done with my DIY stuff. Just have to finish the Programs and put finishing touches to my veil! How exciting?! As I type I am sitting on a plane on my way back from Sonoma after a week of run through with all my vendors. I feel pretty good about everything.
I'm glad you all are as excited as I am! I just finished up my programs and all that's left to do is:
My bridal shower is this next Saturday and I can't wait.
@Ms.Teddy: I really like your guest book idea, I think that would be a great keepsake and it would be more unique than just having people sign a frame around it. We're going to have a clothesline guest book, letting people write on pieces of paper their name, advice, or whatever else and than we're going to put them into an album.
@Mochacoca: It sounds like you had a productive week.
I can't believe we have hardly any time left! I had my bridal shower on Sunday and now Im just trying to race through the to do list.
- alterations (picked up my dress 2 days ago!!)
- programs (after finalizing ceremony and music)
- assemble stuff (favors, placecards etc).
- OOT guest bags
- finalize flowers and DJ songs
we got so much done last week (rings, parents gifts, guestbook etc).. now we just have a ton of final run throughs with people..
