I can hardly wait, but it seems like the more I get done, the more I have left to do.

WHEW.. only 1 month left. Let the MADNESS begin! lol
OMG so much to do is right. I am super stressed and can't wait for it to come together. I feel anxious every single day.
I keep thinking I dont have a lot to do and then I remember a bunch of stuff.... its all the little details and diy stuff now.. placecards, photos for reception, favours etc..
I have my first meeting with the dress lady tomorrow for alterations..
So far the only stress I have had has come from my FI's family.

38 days for me, wow! I think we're making good progress, but there's so much left to do!
This past year has FLOWN by! We got engaged on 2/27/10 and I thought our wedding was so far away! I can't believe how close it is now! I feel like we have so many things left to do but can't do many of them until we get a final count (seating chart, place cards, welcome bags).
Only 4 more weeks! I still have to do seating charts, finish centerpieces, final dress fitting this weekend, renew my passport for honeymoon, box up favors and then last minute stuff - ie - pick up cake, drop off stuff at venue!
Cant wait!!!
Today is one month exactly for me! I'm getting excited!
I think I'm down to the organization and little detail tasks, although I still have a very small amount of sewing to do to finish up the last bridesmaid's dress. My RSVP deadline has just passed, so next up I'll be contacting my aunts and uncles to see why they didn't RSVP. Out of six, five of my Mom's siblings did not RSVP! :-( Then I can get to work on table assignments and figure out who will give speeches and the like.
I'm feeling like things are pretty much under control. I sort of planned on having all the major work done before March because I will also be leaving my job (where I've been for over 8 years) and moving cities.

Finalize song list for DJ
Assemble favors - probably not until the week before
Hair/makeup trial
Figure out wishcard, box setup
Final meeting with florist
Last details with reception venue - linen colors, wines...
I think that's all, I hope that's all... LOL
I feel like I've finally started moving toward the big day in the last month. We have to meet with photographer and finish paying him and I need to schedule my makeup trial. Everything else is pretty much read, just assembly and execution in the final week.
OMG lucky you. I am in full panic mode. My FI is extremely lazy but busy at the same time if that makes sense lol.. so I am picking up all the pieces. I can't wait to be a week out. CONGRATS missrobots
I was in a panic mode last week, but then I actually made a calendar for all the things that needed to be done, and it has helped so much. Now I know *exactly* what needs to be done each week and it makes me feel soooo much better. Every time I finish one thing, I cross it off the list. Ahhhh - now to stop stressing and just get excited about marrying my best friend :-)

Yesterday someone asked me "Isn't today the 9th?" and it hit me! OMG, my wedding is ONE MONTH AWAY! When did this happen?
I did a bunch of wedding stuff last night and felt really good about myself. When I wanted to check it off my ever so long to-do list, I had not even put it there yet!

everything is done but the freaking programs and FI's projects. I have to start mailing everything to California.
I am getting excited!
Once we nail down these last few RSVPs I'll be able to finish the seating chart and escort cards!
@elephant:That just made me freak out. I still have about 50% of unconfirmed guests... OMG
Im only waiting on more RSVP now so I really should start the placecards and seating chart.
@shyne2060: Our RSVP date was pretty early, but I will admit that we did a lot of calls/emails/texting to get some responses.
Our RSVP deadline is tomorrow, but I've already begun sending a quick deadline reminder to friends I haven't heard from via Facebook. Yes Facebook! Why? Because it gets me the fastest responses vs. texts or emails.
I'm so glad we decided to have our guests RSVP via email. It's been a smooth and wallet friendly process
My FI needs to get yeses or no's from folks on his list that did not respond.
We need to work on our seating charts and place cards.
I have the materials, but need to use ribbons to make our handfasting cord.
And I got a highly recommended first dance lesson DVD from amazon. The title is something like "beyond the waddle and hug." We start practicing on Sunday.
Design and create our CD favors . . .
In the past week we wrote our vows, made our list for the dj, and picked upt the CD's for our wedding soundtrack favors.
21 days and a wake up!
We're down to place cards and seating chart as far as projects go
I need a card box and "guestbook" picture frame
My mom is getting an arch
I ordered lotus bowls and decorations
Rings, suit, dress and all that important stuff is done
