@BellaDee:  Unwritten etiquette states you have to buy something. That’s why I don’t go to those things. Maybe just find the cheapest item available and buy that?

The stuff is SOOO over priced.  I felt obligated to help a friend and bought a bunch of it. I’m still trying to work my way through it a year later because i find no difference so i tend to switch to other products i actually like.

Legit, go buy some some clinique or higher end products and they will be cheaper, and you will actually see a difference.

It’s over priced. I’ve been to two parties and have tried many of their products it’s not that they aren’t good but there’s nothing you can get there that you can’t get for a better price at a natural health food store. I will say though that their Pea Protein is very good for a protein powder I went through two of them. Very very pricey though.

To be honest I don’t think you’re obligated to buy but you might feel a little umcomfortable not buying if it’s such a small party.

@BellaDee:  Ive never felt obligated to buy things at a party, we do them for all kinds of skincare, linens, tupperware, body shop… and my best friend went to one for Arbonne! They are expensive, yes. She bought some of it because she loved it, but shes become allergic (shes now allergic to every brand known to man!) so she gave them to me and the verdict…?

I LOVE IT.

Its the best stuff Ive ever used – but I do save it for special occasions or wear it thinly because of the price!

I never Googled it because it was given to me, but I will definitely replace my stocks when they get low, I love the stuff 🙂

@BellaDee:  Can you skip out??? I hate those ‘parties’ too. I have a friend who worked for mark., but I actually liked some of the things and bought this cute eye shadow that I still have. And they were cheap (target: college kids). But the brand you mentioned just seems off.

Funny enough, I only heard about the brand yesterday when watching this make up tutorial:

I’ve been to a few and never have felt obligated to buy anything. Then again I don’t let people convince me to buy things I don’t need. With that being said I bought some hand cream from them because I loved it. At another I bought a face mask and deep moisturizer. Love it all. I’m still going through the hand cream over a year later!

@BellaDee:  my FI’s cousin invited me with 2 other people.  i told her i would go but would not purchase anything.  she said it was fine.

i did buy the skin care and the tinted face lotion.  i love both.  has made my face look and feel much better.  i did not buy the whole kits that she was selling, that were about $300.  i told the girl i didn’t want to spend that kind of money, and i wouldn’t use 10 products every morning and night.

in the catelog was a 2 product, face washer/toner combo and face lotion for $80 total.  it was for oily skin and perfect for me.  it’s what i would have possibly spent anway on new face stuff.

My mom LOVES their stuff – she’s been using it for a few years now. So I think the products are good.

Do you HAVE to buy something? No.

..it is overpriced…but i love thier stuff. The shampoo, conditioner & wash have been the only products ive found that dont make me itch. Thier fc5 night cream is my moisturizer. Iam not big on buying from parties…but arbonne is my dreammmmmm.

I really like their make up primer. My sister sold it for a while so I got roped into a couple “parties”. It was expensive, but I used one bottle for almost a year.

@BellaDee:  In that case, go in there with an open mind! 🙂 I am not sure if you watched the video, but some of the things that girl used seemed pretty good!

So, just go & have fun and see what happens.

SO OVERPRICED!  And I always feel obligated to buy at a party like that.  Arbonne to me was super pushy.  I say don’t go or be prepared to buy something.
