MissCava -- Are you using the word 'beach' in your Google search? Try looking for an 'outdoor' arch instead...or maybe just ask the vendors you've already found if they can recommend someone who rents them.
A local florist or party rental company could probably rent one to you -- that's where I'm getting mine.

Hello,
I'm looking for an arch for our beach wedding ceremony. Trouble is, searching on Google comes up with all these great companies based in Hawaii, Florida, etc. What's a Boston girl to do? What have you all done for arches for beach weddings? I'm planning on decorating it myself, but need the basic arch itself. Help??!!?
