Archivers is the best! I know I'm not in the Texas area, but I have about three Archivers around me. The store has awesome products, an amazing amount of products, a good sized sale section, a $1.99 product section and always sends out coupons each month. Love it! Plan on spending several hours there, you'll need it!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Archivers. Go online to www.archiversonline.com or go into the store and sign up for their newsletter immediately! They send out a booklet every month with 30% coupons, free cardstock with purchase of card stock coupons, etc. Love it! They also have a bridal invite class that is free, at least in Denver, and they show you how to make all kinds of stuff. I love their Yours Truely company they sell because their paper weight is better than some I've come across and usually cheaper. Have fun! :)
I *love* Archivers! I'm not familiar with the stores in TX, but I have 2 near me and, while the sizes of the work rooms vary, there is definitely enough space to spread out and create/ assemble those invites :)
Thank you for the comments. I did visit their website during lunch and signed up for the newsletter and stuff. Even just looking at the website I got very excited at the possibility of not having to order things online. A) I hate waiting and B) I abhor spending extra money on shipping. LOL They are offering that Bridal class on Sunday when we planned on going. I was thinking of getting there a couple of hours before the class bc my mom and I can definitely get "lost" in a store like that for a while. After so many months of researching this and that for the wedding invitations I am VERY excited about my new little find!
I LOVE, LOVE Archivers. In fact I was just at the Katy store last night to get some supplies for my invitations. It is a great store and has lots of great ideas hanging around the store. The staff is really nice and helpful too!
I wanted to make my own invites, I'm a scrapbooker, it's in my BLOOD, BUUUT I knew we needed like 150 physical invites, and I have a full schedule even without this wedding, so I bought typical invites. HOWEVER- if I made my own, I 100% would have gone with Archivers!!
Yay! Very glad to hear that! i am stoked for Sunday! I will let ya'll know how it goes.

One of the booths I came across yesterday at Bridal Extravaganza was Archivers which is like a scrapbookign store and sell all kinds of paper and supplies for DIY invitations and such. The lady told us they even have a workroom you can use and you and your girls can go and use their huge workspace to assemble your invites if you need to. I thought that was pretty neat. My mom and I are planning on visiting the location in Katy next Sunday, but I just wondered if anyone had any experiences with this store they would like to share? Quality of the products?
