I am not sure, it would depend on your seamstress. But honestly, I think the back of that dress is the best part! You don't need back muscles to pull off that look (who has prominent back muscles except for swimmers anyway?). I wouldn't cover that up - I would flaunt it :)

I am in love with this dress by Maggie Sottero, but I don't have the strong back muscles of this insane model...I don't think I'd want to show off my back so much! Would it be possible for a seamstress to sew a thin, translucent piece of material to the back so my back won't be quite so...in your face?
