I have a 3rd degree burn scar covering up 90% of my right arm and I am considering wearing full lenghth gloves with my dress but would that be odd? I haven’t seen them In forever but I have seen an intresting concept for “gloves” I will post a picture. So should I wear regular white full length gloves, the lacey beaded ones in the picture, or none at all. I’m not really self concious about it but I just don’t really want too see it in the pictures for once I don’t want there to be any focus on it.

@brittanyfm91: Those aren’t gloves, they’re a work of art! Go for it!

I love them!!! They are so pretty!!!
ETA: I wore gloves at my wedding due to a similar issue…scarring on my lower arm that I didn’t want people asking me about all day or that I didn’t care to see in pictures. It is YOUR day…if it makes you feel more comfortable and happy, go for it! 🙂

@brittanyfm91: i dont think they are its your wedding make it what ever you want
on a side note if ur in a sleek vintage looking gown and were long gloves it will look really chic with all those vintage looks going aroudn right now you could totally rock gloves and a really cool vintage looking head band and really make it the signature of your wedding

@Kissed_by_lightning: I haven’t decided on my dress yet but I think it might be crazy looking with a ballgown (I love ball gowns)

@brittanyfm91: I’m sorry you’ve been so badly burned 🙁 What about having your make-up artist cover them? Of course, I’m not sure what they look like or if that’s possible, but I know people have hired them to cover tattoos for weddings. If not, I would personally not wear the gloves….Nothing will be a focal point except the joy on your face! This may be easier said than done, but I think I’d try to just forget about it. If you really are having a tough time, there are so many gorgeous dresses with long sleeves.

those are beautiful!!!!! Brw- don’t worry about being outdated. Everything vintage is intrend right row and many people are wearing whatever they choose.
If you feel more beautiful in it, do it!
personally, i think they are stunning!

@WhatMaeBee: It’s not possible it’s a raised scar like a keloid scar

I wore lace gauntlets that worked out well… I don’t think anyone would consider it outdated entirely, it’s just an accessory you can choose or not…

@brittanyfm91: Normally I’m not a fan of gloves but those are quite amazing. Do you have a photo of your dress? That way we can see the whole look put together and comment accordingly.
@lovekiss: That is beyond amazing. Everyone should own a pair of leather opera gloves for no other reason than to be one sexy lady.
