I think that since you are so close to your wedding, it definitely could be stress.  I would say take a night if you can, and not think about the wedding (or as little as you possibly can), take a long hot bath and just spend some time with your FH.  In other words, take some YOU TIME!

Maybe treat yourself to a massage?  I tend to get headaches when I'm stressed, too.  Since we're almost date twins, I'd assume that you're probably just tense over wedding issues, and you don't want to be miserable the whole week leading up to the wedding, so take some time to relax and don't think about the stressful stuff for a while.

Yes, its the wedding planning.  I'm a month away and I'm having sleepless nights, neck problems, and just issues.

My suggestion: Since your wedding is in a week.  Start delegating if possible.  Take time for you.  Go to a movie.  Go to the park.  Dance around the house.  Just let it go.  It will be alright.

The day of: Give the reins over to someone else.  If you have a DOC great, if not ask a good friends or family members to handle things.  Create your timeline and list and your done.  You need to enjoy the day instead of worrying about what should've happened or went wrong.

Also: What makes a wedding perfect is celebrating the union of 2 people who love each other dearly.  Something will not as planned but no one will know.

Have a wonderful day and get some sleep.  Good Luck!!!!
