Since being on WB I have seen a HUGE Maggie Sottero following as well as a HUGE Pronovias following. I totally missed those two designers. I haven’t even heard of Maggie Sottero – am I completely losing my mind for not looking into these designers?
Are any of you waring Rivini? If so, show off your gown PLEASE 
My Rivini gown doesn’t arrive until July – YES JULY!!!!
I'm not a Rivini bride but I have admired their gowns in magazines, I'd love to see photos of real brides in them.
In regards to your first question, part of the mass appeal for both Maggie Sottero and Pronovias, in addition to them both making beautiful dresses, is affordability. Both are usually within the $2000 range and are carried in a large number of stores, making them easily available to many potential brides. I've noticed higher end designers are carried in much fewer boutiques .

I have pics of me in the sample at home, but I'm wearing the "Thirteen" which is this one:
The model pic does not do the dress justice AT ALL.. its five different layers of italian lace, with a little beaded belt.. absolute LOVE...
Can't wait till she comes in.. not sure when, but when it does I will have to take a trip to NYC to pick her up! Prob sometime this summer. Same boat as you!

@saidyes - - I am totally with you on the fact that the website images do not do the gowns justice. Had I seen my gown on the web before on me I would have never in a million years thought it would be THE ONE.....I am wearing Rennes, yippeeee

I fell in L-O-V-E with the Rivini "Lismora" dress. High price tag, but totally worth it. I only have the model pic from online since my dress won't arrive until July :(

When I was getting married, I could not find any Rivini brides!

I just got my dress! It's the Rivini Lismora. I can't believe I spent $6000 on a dress, but I just absolutely loved it. I didn't want to take it off!
I am a Rivini Bride as well! My dress comes in this week and I can't wait to try it on. I ordered the Rivini Ely dress at a trunk show last October. I knew I wanted a Rivini dress as soon as I tried one on- they fit my body perfectly!
I have to say though, I really wish I had seen/tried on the Lismora dress though- I'm in LOVE with it.
Anyway, here's a pic. of my dress when I tried on the sample, snapped secretly on an iPhone since no pictures were allowed.

I too am a VERY lucky Rivini bride. I recently purchased the Lismora dress for my June 2011 wedding! My experience was quite unique as I got to meet the current designer for the 'rivini' label while getting fitted for my dress!! No pics of me in the dress just yet - but I can relate to the other brides who are patiently waiting to see the dress again ..... 8 months is a long time to wait! I didn't want to take it off!
We will all look stunning in our dresses! Rivini is amazing (and Canadian YEAH!)
i got lismora too! bought it yesterday. there was a trunk show at mark ingram in nyc and i saw all the amazing dresses. i also loved trying on ryma and sansone, but i left with lismora, the one i came for!!!!
I wore a Rivini gown (Serena) for my wedding last month. Here is a photo from our wedding day.
I'm wearing the Rivini Lismora. It just came in and I'm in the process of alterations. I'll post pics after the wedding next month.
I wore one Rivini gown for my ceremony and one Rivini gown for my reception. They were everything I ever dreamed of- I LOVED my gowns so much. My family owns a very large bridal salon, and I always knew I wanted to wear Rivini. There is no better style, fit, fabric, etc. in the industry today. They are true handmade, couture gowns. My wedding was the 2009 Season Finale for the WE show, Platinum Weddings, so you can check it out and see the gowns in action :) Enjoy!
@ Ruby Falls I love Rivini and the first dress I fell in love with was the Ambrosia. Nice choice!
I am also a Rivini bride!!! I ordered it in August and it won't come in until January and I cannot wait! I chose number 13 and fell in love with it the moment I saw it. I love meeting girls that are also Rivini brides! Congrats everyone :)
I just tried on a Rivini Ryma at a sample sale I randomly came across walking to work. 60% off and I love it, but IDK..... its a LITTLE snug and I would want a less bling-y belt. Its hard when you shop alone!
What do you guys think?

Did you end up buying it, if not I would be interested in buying it. Its too expensive where I live in San Diego at $6,000 ++
Thanks for all your comments guys! I actually decided it was just too formal for the wedding we are having. I ended up ordering this Romona Keveza one instead (no pics of ME in it yet).

@sandrita41286 I just noticed you asked about size. I'm not sure what the label said but could just barely get it zipped and I wear a 4-6ish. 36d (the sample was really too tight in the bust), 27.5 waist, 29.5 hips.

Thanks sooo much! I called them and left a message. I wear a dress size 6, and have a 34C bust. This may be too tight on me. I tried on the Sample 10 at the Rivini boutique here and it was perfect. Im guessing maybe the one you tried on was a 6. I hear they can let a dress out as long as it is in 2 sizes (and this would be within one). I will talk to the bridal shop, hopefully they call me back soon. I was jumping in excitement when I saw your post. How much was it when you tried it on?

Update: Was able to buy dress! Its exactly the sample size and color I tried on here in SD that was perfect. Thanks so much! I will be getting it in one week. So much lesss stressed now. Everyone was giving me a hard time at bridal stores for being a "Rush" bride (only 4 months til the wedding). The $2700 was much better than the $5500 plus +500 tax tax plus $750 rush charge and 4 month lead time!

I wore Rivini's Lismora on my wedding day. It was a dress dream come true! Everyone raved about it, and my husband really liked it too :)

Ladies, I am so excited to have found this thread!! I wore Rivini on my wedding day also! I searched high and low for the perfect all lace, low back, dramatic train, mermaid cut dress and found it in Rivini’s Kennidi from the Fall 2011 collection. I had never heard of Rivini when I tried on the dress, but I could tell how well constructed and what a high quality it was and I LOVED IT (And I am SUPER picky about the fit and tailoring of my clothes). I then went looking for advertisements or chatter on the wedding boards about Rivini and found very little. What’s going on!?!?!? Rivini makes EXQUISITE gowns! Why is she so underrated? Oh and can I just say that when I compare a picture of a Rivini dress on a bride on her wedding day to the dress on the Rivini models, EVERYTIME, the dress on the real bride looks so much more amazing. Start comparing and you’ll see!!! :)

I felt so beautiful and happy that day – If you’re wedding day has come and gone, I’m sure you all know that feeling :). Hello. First, I have to say you look amazing! I am currrently going to a Rivini trunk show in my area soon, but was wondering if that style might make me look even shorter than what I am. I am 5ft1 and am going to wear minimum 3.5inch heels that day. How tall are you and what is the dress size?
I am a Rivini bride as well! I wore Lismora for my wedding day. I got so many compliments on the dress. The gown is a Rivini size 2. I am 5'4" and wore 3.5" heels for my wedding. I just recently bought the Rivini Balia. I have yet to see another Bee in this dress. Perhaps it is not a popular style but I absolutely LOVE it. I can't wait until mine comes in! This is me in the sample:
