They're both, i think you're fine. sky blue/pale yellow are springy but the brown can turn them into good for fall colors. just my thoughts.
Is brown the dominating color? If so, it's completely fall. However, I have seen Spring weddings where brown was the main color with really bright accents, and it looked great. I'm sure it can be whatever you'd like it to be. A word of advice would be to look at what kind of flowers you'd like and go from there. Those available in the Spring are much different than those available in the Fall. That might solve your dilemma too.
I think they work for both too. Whatever you like best you should pick who cares if you have spring in fall or vice versa. The rules can always be broken and it makes it unique to find ways to work spring colors in to the fall.
I guess if i do fall i could throw more of the brown around...and if i do spring i will def throw more of the yellow and blue around :) any ideas on what the bridesmaid dresses should look like?
I'm one of those people who doesn't really subscribe to the spring/summer/fall colors thing. I think it's your wedding and your colors should be colors that you like and think are pretty and go well together with your aesthetic and your location, etc. I wouldn't stress. Though I do agree with the PP who said that you might want to consider what flowers would be available in season if budget is a factor for you.
WHoa...i didnt even think about the flowers yet! I was thinking about keeping it pretty simple though...maybe white or yellow? i have no idea what flowers are in what season...
I agree that they can go with either season, especially if you like them! It's what you WANT!

Hey Ladies :)
BF and I have already picked our wedding colors...we want to do brown, sky blue, and pale yellow. But im not sure if those are either fall or spring colors? we would like to have a wedding in fall 0f 2010 or spring of 2011. Let me know what you think!
