We got our guys gift cards and they were very happy with them! You’re right, it seems kind of boring but I didn’t want to get them something they wouldn’t use, so we got gift cards for their favorite places (golf game and steak restaurant).

Honestly I think your guys will really like that – they can actually use it and they are guys…they arent going to be too picky about what they get!

Boys suck to shop for, I think gift cards are great :).

I think that sounds like a good idea! If they like coffee, maybe throw in a coffee gift card too?

I think that is a great gift, guys like practical stuff more than setimental stuff anyway… we have a great 6 pound metal mug my FI got as a gift that is so much fun to dust… :_

We bought our groomsmen personalized mugs. I found a seller on etsy that does the vinyl letters and we plan on buying glass beer mugs we saw at the dollar store.

We did leather weekend bags for the guys, which was the expensive part, but J is going to throw a case of beer inside each one before he gives it to them – cheap beer! Kind of a joke, but also? it’s beer. They’ll all be thrilled. 🙂

ETA: I would recommend a six pack like Sam Adams’ seasonal fall beer (probably $10 each), or Yeungling Black and Tan ($7 each) for guys, unless they’re not beer drinkers or have cheap taste.

I think it’s fine. It took us months to figure out what to give DH’s best man. Thank god we didn’t have more than one attendant each! It would have driving me mental in the planning. We ended up getting him a bit of a gag gift – a wireless USB mouse in the shape of a gold bar and a nice bottle of wine I had in our wine collection.
