I more think that they just don't match your dress very well. Your dress is gorgeous with all the lace and there's something about the shoe that clashes IMO.
I think that they're super cute! A little casual, but they look super comfy!

Hi there - First off, your gown is gorgeous and you look stunning! If you're seeking a flat, I'd probably go for a lace ballet slipper or maybe try to find a low heel with satin and lace. BUT, if you just adore the other pair, go for it. Make YOU happy!
@Saraswati:Your dress is oh la la sexy and the shoes are a little old fashioned.
I love them! No one's going to really see the shoes, and if they're comfy, go for it. I think they're totally cute.
I think they are perfect. Who really sees your shoes anyways. There cute for pictures and comfortable. That's all that really matters!
Those are gorgeous shoes! (: I don't think they go perfectly with your dress but your dress is long so it's not likely that people are going to be seeing them and they'll be more focused on you and your new husband anyways haha. Plus they'd look amazing in pictures (:
I love the shoes. I think they're really sweet and they look comfortable. I wish I could wear flats!!
I like the shoes and I don't think they are too casual. I don't know if I like the color with a white dress though.
I think they're lovely, especially for a garden wedding. You're lucky you get to wear cute, comfy flats--my FI is almost a foot taller than me and it took me forever to find 4" heels that I can walk/stand/dance in all day!
Oh yeah, and I'm also wearing the Diana. Yay dress twin! Just seeing pics of you in the dress makes me even more excited about wearing it! So pretty
i like the flower, but think the pattern is a little busy with your dress. i don't think they're too casual, they're just not my style.
no one will really see them, so if you love them, get them!
Is anyone going to see your shoes? I'd just get them if you like them!
I totally disagree that people "will not notice the shoes". Everyone kept complimenting me on the shoes I wore. I love your dress AND I love the shoes BUT not together.
If no one's going to see them, wear what's comfortable and what you love and if it's those shoes go for it. I think they'r ecute!

Hello Hive!
I've been searching high and low for some cute wedding shoes and recently saw these on a blog (what would I do without wedding blogs!!) My wedding is all outdoors at an arboretum with the ceremony under a wisteria covered arbor and the reception in an orchard lawn. Colors are soft shades of peach, pink, tan, white, ivory, green and blue. The theme is a bit casual, whimiscal and romantic/vintage.
I was planning on wearing flats no matter what since Mr. Saraswati is only 3" taller than me but I haven't been able to find anything I liked until now. My only question is, are they too casual for my dress? Pictures of my dress and the shoes below :)
Let me know what you think bees!
