I just realized the different “temps” of the BMs versus the GMs.
My dress is ivory lace over a cream underlay, accented with a taupe sash. My girls will be in spiced wine with nude shoes and gold accessories. The guys will be in charcoal grey suits, but their tie is really gorgeous with charcoal grey and a spiced wine color to blend with the BMs. They’ll be in black shoes.
Only now am I picturing the group as a whole and I’m wondering…do you think it will class? We’ve got warm tones on my side, and darker tones on his side.
Either way…I gues it’s too late now. Oh well!!

I think it will be fine. It actually looks nice to have a bit of that mismatched but not clashing look. My dress is ivory, my flower girl dress is like a beige colour, Fiance and Groomsmen are wearing raw linen pants and white shirts and Bridesmaid or Best Man are wearing coral. I was worried about the ivory and white clashing, but I’ve seen photos and it doesn’t look bad.

@MademoiselleL: Yeah, that’s a good point. I never wanted to go for the super matchy look where the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses even matched the pocket squares and ties the GMs wore exactly. It’s not going to be glaring, I know that much. I guess it would be worse if it were something like, GMs in tuxes, BMs in sundresses and strappy sandals.

From the sounds of it, it sounds like everyone will look fine!
