Do you have / remember your dreams?   What kind of dreams do you have?

I have a lot of dreams where I am late for something very important (oddly enough, I never know what) and all these obstacles are thrown in my way, everyone's moving slowly, etc. etc. but I'm the only one FREAKING OUT about the fact that I'm late.

What are some of the dreams you have?  Any wedding related dreams?

I have really weird dreams ALL THE TIME!  And the weird thing is that I almost always remember all the details and they're very vivid.  They range from nightmare-like (think someone chasing me trying to kill me) to super sweet and loving (think basking away in the sun with my FI and family).  I have had wedding-related dreams, mostly good ones, like me standing and staring at myself in my beautiful dress.  :)

FI teases me all the time because he can't remember his dreams for the life of him!  I wake up almost every morning and say to him "whoa, I had weird dreams last night", haha.  I kinda wanna get them analyzed for the heck of it... I should start keeping a dream journal, hehe.  Tongue out

I have multiple dreams every night... they're very vivid. I can usually remember up to 3. I don't give them too much thought though :)

I dream a lot. Lately, I've been dreaming more about the wedding than I did before the wedding. I had a really strange one last night but now I can't remember it! I need to get in the habit of writing them down right away.

I have really odd and bizarre dreams. Although when I'm stressed about something they'll stem off that - when I was worried about getting work after I finished my last contract I would have odd dreams that I wouldn't be allowed to leave my last job and I had to fight my way out with penguins. That kind of thing.

Oddly enough though I haven't had wedding related dreams since I got engaged! Haha, I used to dream that I'd hate the engagement ring and I'd have to lie to my FH and all that. Thankfully those are out of the way now! Love the e-ring and the planning is pretty smooth so I guess that's why I haven't dreamt about it.

i dream a lot and i usually remember them. last night i had this weird dream that i was living with my parents and we kept getting robbed. strangely the theives didn't take anything, my computer, ipod, purse, etc. were still in the house... they just threw clothes around and made the place messy... it was odd.

i had a dream last night that i was in a huge olde-time mansion (picture gone with the wind) with a bunch of people i didn't know, and these 2 crazy people locked us in.  they had huge machine guns, and this lady would walk around splattering people with pink paint (from a can), and whomever she painted, the guy would shoot and kill!!  it was scary! i just remember trying to run away and going up tons of flights of carpeted stairs, but the paint lady kept catching up with me.  right when i was about to be shot i woke up.  wtf.

I dream every night, super vivid.  And they are always nightmares, almost never good dreams.  Last night I dreamed that a monster was chasing me, and when it caught up to me it started eating me slowly, by peeling strips of skin off of my face. Eek!

When I was a kid I used to have night terrors....so I guess it's always been my 'thing' to dream poorly lol.

oh man...nightmares probably 5 nights a week, for as long as I can remember.  And the other 2 nights must be dreamless, because if I ever have good dreams, I sure don't remember them.  Frown

I've been having very colorful, vivid dreams lately. I actually finally started a dream journal because I've been having quite a few about my aunt who passed away last month.

I had one the other day where my FI and I went to the mall and all the manequins came alive and killed everyone or made them a manequin, too! We were running and for some reason had to gather movies they were from (it makes no sense, I know!) and I remember waking up terrified to go back to sleep! I've also had ones where my FI will move the decorative mirrors to cover holes in the wall and I yell at him to move them back. I also have some other weird ones. haha.

Cheesy but true, I only really dream when I'm sleeping with my FH.  And I dream in black and white...I heard that's a pretty odd thing.  But if I don't tell someone my dreams right away, I won't really remember them later.  My dreams are really really strange though...just things that I wake up and think "WTF was going on in my head last night??"

Yep, very few bad ones though, frequently strange ones however- a lot about people that I know.  Only one sad one ever that I woke up crying. I know when I'm dreaming, so I can wake myself up from bad dreams, or force myself to stay asleep if I don't want to leave the one I'm in (until it's finished). But if I tell FI the dream, or say it aloud, I will never have it again- very strange!

I typically am on a quest. Like going to Eddie Izzard's flat, but then ending up at work. Or, I have reoccuring locations and stories. Mine are always vivid and in full color and usually there are people that I don't personally know in them, but I feel like I've known them forever.

There are a few I have had more than once:

    1) I'm sitting in my best friend's yard with her sisters playing Duck Duck Goose, when I look up and see a blue pickup spinning in the air near a church tower. I ask my friend's sister what that truck is doing up there and she screams "Tornado!" Then, they all run in the house, they won't let me in and tell me I have to go to my own house. It's sunny the whole time.

    2) I'm at a carnival midway at night with a red balloon and I try to follow something away from the midway, by going between the stands into the darkness. When I can't find what I'm following, I turn back around towards the midway, but instead I'm looking down my dad's driveway. When I turn back around the other way (away from what was the midway), I'm looking into my dad's garage.

And then there is this house that has some sort of secret passage/stairway in an upstairs closet and it goes up to a beautiful third floor suite with a bedroom in the middle, a dining room on one side and a kitchen. The whole thing is connected in that main floor circular fashion and I have just decided that some day I'll walk into this house (sans secret passage) and go, "This is the house!" That is always "home" in my dreams.

That's the occasional bad side-effect of remembering your dreams every morning. otherwise it's a never-ending source of entertainment! my subconscious can be pretty gnarly haha
