We’re doing bubbles after the ceremony and sparklers after the reception

I think we’re going to have glow wands.

I think we are going to do flying paper lanters since we are having a river wedding.

I think they will look fantastic in pictures, and aren’t extremely expensive.

I did sparklers and it was really fun for the guests, or so they have told me.

We’re doing spring loaded, confetti-less party poppers – our venue was very strict on what we can and can’t use.  They’re 10-foot silver streamers and they stay attached to the tube so our cleanup will be a breeze.

I didn’t like the Wilton labels on them so I did spend a little time one night rolling each one in wedding gift wrap and sealing them with shipping labels that say “Aim high and push the lever to send good wishes to the new Mr. & Mrs.”

Because we aren’t doing our exit until 9:30, we’ll have to do this just outside the tent so that we have the light from inside or else they probably won’t show up well.

We didn’t do anything but looking back I wish we would have. We got a really great picture at the end of the night with us walking out and everyone cheering and we both look so happy and I wish everyone would’ve had sparklers or something!
