Depends on my mood, sometimes I am alot of fun and sometimes I bore myself. Lately I have been boring, but I am finally in a place where it is not my job to entertain people and I am totally enjoying being boring for a while.
Boring all the way. Which I spent a lot of years feeling badly about (it's hard to go through college wondering why you're the only one who finds big parties work). But then I met my DH who is also boring and now we're awesomely boring together and have never been happier :)
@tksjewelry: Exactly with me. it truly does depend on my mood. Im a very cheerful person but I have my moments where Im so quite. I dont mind being quite and alone though, its very relaxing!
@CorgiTales: Same here, Im not that big of a fan about parties.. I can throw my own Small and close intimate parties though which to me, is incredibly fun but boring to like.. every other person! lol!
Someone once told me I was boring. That was kind of rude, but I like to put myself in between fun and boring. I'm quiet and kind of shy but once I get to know people I much more outgoing. I've heard from quite a few people before that I'm pretty hilarious and I do like having house parties! :)
Depends on who I'm around, but I'd say I'm fun most of the time. I'm pretty outgoing.
I would have to say borring. I try to be fun once and awhile...

See, Im the kind of person who wouldnt mind throwing gatherings, book clubs, go to the movies, hiking- ice skating, Etc- amusement parks. Etc. But man, I guess Im boring when it comes to having " conversations"- Im the kind of person who sometiems just find myself quite and not really much of a conversation starter, which then I feel like im so boring! Hahah. it sucks!
I feel like lately I'm pretty boring, but people always tell FI and I that we're a fun couple. I think a lot of our friends view us as 'the fun couple' though because we're the only ones that don't have kids yet. So we can go do a lot of stuff that they can't because of that.
Saving for the wedding has made me very boring though! No eating out, no going out, no movies. Everything we want to do is followed by 'after the wedding'.
It depends on what you consider fun. I think I'm fun, but I get bored pretty easily. If I'm around a group of people that don't have the same interests I'm bored and they probably think I'm boring. Once I was at a dinner party where they were talking about celebrities and T.V. shows. I was bored to tears! I don't watch much T.V. and if I do it is usually some sort of news show. That is what I enjoy. I love a great discussion/debate. But, I'm sure there are others who don't consider that a good time.
I would like to think taht I am fun, but I am probably boring. I like staying at home relaxing with my FI, or visiting family. I really don't go out and party, ecxept maybe on holidays.
I'd say it depends on who I'm with, what we are doing and how I am feeling. Right now I'm pregnant so I'm just a big bundle of fun (not!) I think I've always been the more mellow type person and I'm ok with that. I'm the type of person that likes to sit back and take everything, an observer if you will. People mistake that for something else and always ask "what's wrong" which bothers me because absolutely nothing is...its just my personality. I've opened up a lot more since I've been with DH though :) so I'm on the path to more fun!

Hmmm.... I think I can be fun, but generally speaking, me and the FI are the "boring type" We're both accountants... That prob says alot. ha.
I'm boring 60% of the time, I think. I'm pretty fun/funny around my family, but I'm a true homebody and introvert. I don't like to be the center of attention, I don't have to get the most laughs. I'm pretty funny when I'm comfortable around people though - it's more my wit and randomness.

when it comes to social situations: I am loud, silly, and people have told me I am fun. at parties, I easily insert myself into conversations, love to talk, dance, and meet new people.
but on the flip side, whenever people want to play games, I am never into it and try to get out of it. I don't know why I dislike games, but I do. I would much rather have a conversation or watch a movie with my friends instead. so in that sense, I feel kind of like I'm the boring one.
also, my regular life is going to work, going home, cooking dinner and watching TV or reading books. all of my friends have these super motivated hobbies or sports that they do. they love to organize events and are always inviting people to art openings, sports events that they're involved in, etc. all I want to do in my free time is hang out and rest. so in that way I feel kind of boring too.
I'm always down to try something new or go someplace I haven't been. I love throwing/decorating for parties, though their frequency has died down considerably since college.
I used to hate being home for more than ten or twelve hours, & considered the weekend a waste if I didn't spend most of it being adventurous w/my friends. As I've gotten a little older, though, I've become more open to lazy days.
I'd say I'm in the "sensibly fun" category these days. I'm not opposed to going out & partyin' a little bit on weekends & the occasional weekday, but it's not the requirement it once was. :-)

Would you consider yourself a fun or boring person, why or why not?
For me, I think it depends on the people Im around- usually around my family Im cwazyyy but when im around others - especially like if im out of the house, they say im pretty mellow. My FI considers himself a boring person haha
