YES!! We got his leave papers signed before putting any deposits down, and bought wedding insurance. He *shouldn't* get deployed, but you can't be too sure with the military!
Okay, how do we do this?! I really want to get it, but nobody in my town seems to know anything about it. Do you get it from some place online? Is it reliable? The military keeps being too fickle that I want insurance!
I'm not sure what my mom bought, I think it was www.wedsafe.com. Just google wedding insurance and see what companies there are, just make sure they are legit (underwritten by a well known insurance company), or you could probably call whatever insurance agency you use for home/car and see if they have any suggestions. And read the policies to make sure they cover military related things like unexpected deployments!
