It rained all the way up to our wedding. But it didn't rain on our wedding day. Which was great because we didn't have a backup indoor location and the outside pictures are my favorite!
We used an empty storefront in my town and we had to pay for insturance. It was such a cool location that we were going to use it regardless of the rain even if it was just for a few photos. It ended up snowing! and really really windy. So it was amazing to have as a back up plan. = no stress for me on the day of the wedding :)

We have a beautiful lagoon outside an art museum where we plan to take our wedding photos, but along with every bride, I fear rain! Most indoor locations charge at least $100 fee for just an hour of time. Is it worth it to book a back up when our first choice is outside? Any insight from brides who got married on rainy days?
