I think I’m both, depending on the situation. I work with different people all the time, so I am used to being bubbly to both people I know and don’t know. Sometimes I do talk too much, especially with people I’m comfortable around or its something I’m passionate about

Ive been told im quiet, and I do think I lack in the talkative department ๐Ÿ™

I dont do it on purpose I just am more of an observer/listener/helper.

However, if I have something to talk about I talk and talk and talk.

so would that be introverted?

I’m more of an introvert, but not shy or anything. I think I’m just more thoughtful about other peoples needs to talk about themselves, which everyone has.

Introvert for sure, I actually get tired from being around people too much. I prefer the company of just FI or a few close friends. I’m just inside my own head a lot and don’t like to come out of it. Social situations cause me a lot of stress! But I’ve also gotten very good about putting on my smiley face and getting people to like me, for example I’m great at interviews. Its just exhausting.

100% extrovert! I love talking and being with people. I HATE being alone too much, because I get bored easily. lol  My husband is away right now for a few weeks and I’m miserable being home alone. I think I’m talking to our dog way more than usual! ๐Ÿ™‚

Very much an introvert. I’m very shy and reserved, and people who don’t know me well usually think I’m full of myself because of it. Even my husband says before he met me he thought I exuded this “cool confidence” that made him scared to approach me. I have zero small talk and even around people I know well I’m the quiet one.

I am polite and make chit chat, and jokes but really open up after I have gauged the situation.

I always thought I was kind of in the middle.  I love to talk to people, and enjoyed performing in theatre, and do public speaking as a big part of my job with no real fears or anything.  But, I also require a lot of alone time.

Then in psych class they explained that introvert/extrovert is kind of to do with what energizes you, and what takes your energy.  For me, if I spend a day with a lot of people, I’m TIRED, and being alone is what re-energizes me.  So, I guess introvert it is.

I used to be really shy when I was a kid, then working at Tim Horton’s (insert Canadian joke here) made me much more outgoing.  My FI is an introvert, and I feel like I’ve started to become more of one lately.  It really depends on the situation though!

I’m introverted. As much as I love being around people, and I can be very talkative & friendly, I need my alone time just as much. I’m definitely not shy, but I feel drained after being around big groups of people all day. I have always preferred to hang out with friends either one-on-one or just with a small group.

Oh man.  I’m definitely an extrovert.  But I think that was my survival mechanism growing up…went to 7 schools before graduating from high school because of moving so much (no, not military, dad was in the hotel business hah).  If I hadn’t been extroverted, I think I would have been far worse off.  But I do enjoy my alone time watching tv and having only my thoughts to myself ๐Ÿ™‚
