Just curious :)…my dad dated Jerry Seinfeld’s sister at one point, but that just about sums up my celebrity status…how about yours?
ETA: I feel pretty stupid that I forgot my first cousin is married to the inventor of the “snap-on smile” (marc)
and my dad’s cousin is a famous political cartoonist in israel :0)

My mother’s cousin is a soap opera star. I don’t know what show and when…I only met him once and he had a really nice looking son. I know, not very exciting:(

My grandpa is famous but not a celebrity. I don’t know how to vote!

love this! I would love to hear the interesting stories from people who didn’t vote a big fat NO like myself 🙂

I have some very famous ancestors, and I voted for the notorious on them. 🙂 I’ve got one on each side, but SO thinks that one side actually has two bad ones. I think it’s more a regional bias on his part, though.
My connection to living fame is all through my brother who works in the music industry.
ETA: I just remembered that I have a cousin who was a model in Italy. The only work I ever saw of his in this country was an Armani glasses ad when I was a kid. I don’t even remember his name, but I do remember his wedding. He was hot.

I am Iron Man.
Okay not really, but if I remember correctly, a cousin of mine is married to a relative of Denzel Washington.

Absolutely not famous in any way. Although one of my pins on Pinterest got a lot of repins. That probably doesn’t count, lol.

@redheadem: okay, I added an option!
@JewishBride: ahahaha that’s pretty awesome, I wonder if the son ever made it in the soap opera world?
@mvest: wow that’s awesome!

my h’s second cousin is someone from jersey shore but I wouldn’t consider him/her “really” famous and we’ve never met him/her!

this is a pretty far removed one, but i still think its cool.
my dad’s cousin is married to anne hathaway’s uncle.
her mother is a professional singer and sang at my grandfather’s funeral back in 78(?)
my dad and mom and aunts/uncles were at the wedding of this cousin’s daughter, and anne was there as cousin of the bride. she apparently was wearing “kick-ass shoes” hahah.

I’m not famous and Fiance isn’t famous. The closest to celebrity status we have is that FIs great great grandfather was in line to become the prince of Scotland before he decided to immigrate to America. I keep asking Fiance if we can stay in their castle (because distant family is still Scottish royalty and has a castle and all). If his great great grandfather would have stayed my Fiance would have been in line. (I like to think that I did find my prince).
