@LTD418:  I actually bought another pair in a different color and wore them out a few times.  I walked around a little in the actual shoes to break them in a few days before the wedding.  They were 5 inch heels and somehow really comfortable until about 10pm.

@LTD418:  Yeah I already scuffed the bottoms of mine… but I only spent $20 so I don’t really care! And they still look gorgeous on top, it’s not like people will be staring at the soles of my shoes. And I want those shoes to comfy the day of!

I bought a really cute pair of flats and I plan to wear them around to break them in for sure. The last thing i want to worry about that day is sore feet! the sales associate sold me this cleaner stuff that will take off any “foot gunk” so I can wear them around lots beforehand. But look how cute they are, I couldn’t say no for $20!

I am–but only around the house to get more comfortable wearing them and to break them in. I’m not risking getting them dirty.

@LTD418:  I wore my wedding shoes so much after they arrived that I ended up ordering a second pair for the actual wedding!

I am having a Maui beach wedding and my gown is a long lace trumpet that covers my feet completely, so I am wearing the Willa flip flops by Yellow Box. When they arrived in the mail, the flip flops were so sparkly and comfortable that I couldn’t resist wearing them around the house that day.  The next morning, I was running late to yoga, so I grabbed them because they were handy.  The day after that they went perfectly with the sundress I wanted to wear.

I realized that I was powerless over the sparkly rhinestones on these shoes, and that I didn’t want to wait for my wedding to wear them. Thus, I ordered a second pair. When the second pair arrived in the mail, I put them away with my gown, veil and other accessories for safe keeping.  🙂

@LTD418:  thanks! They’re from a store called Spring. They’re not an expensive shoe by any means, but I think they’ll be perfect!

I wore mine to our two dance lessons, I’m debating if that means they’re broken in enough now. The bottoms may get a bit scuffed but I’m not really going to have an under the shoe picture.

I was going to buy shoes for the wedding however i told my girls to wear nude shoes with their chocolate dresses and after thinking about it for a whiel i figured that I mey just luck out here.

I have a pair of nude pumps that are pretty comfortable and I wore them maybe 3 times alltogether. I saw all kinds of clips that you can get for shoes to make them more wedding like…. and I am thinking I’ll just purchase that and add it on for the day.

I really dont’ want to be trying to break shoes in or suffereing on the day of, plus spending additional $$ on shoes that I mey not be able to wear again.

I have two pairs- a pair of heels for pictures and the reception that I’ve been wearing around the house to get used to them. My reception shoes on the other hand are getting worn around everywhere. I’m planning on dancing like crazy, so I took them to the club the other night, to a soccer game on Sunday, and to work on Friday. So far so good!
