We are actually the embodiment of opposites attracting according to our signs. It can be really great or it can be really bad.
Our signs are Aries and Virgo. It isn't even opposites attract - its STAY AWAY! Which I find pretty funny... he is the second Virgo I've been in a LT relationship with and both have gone well.
I had no idea so I went to look it up and relized I didn't even know SO's sign! Can you tell I'm not into astrology?

*update* I just looked at a different website and it says we're a great match! Yay! I'm going to quit while I'm ahead and go with that one.
According to Chinese astrology, we're supposed to be a perfect match. I'm born in the year of the snake and he's a rooster. I don't know much about our compatiblity in Western Astrology. I'm a virgo and he's aquarius and although my sign seems to fit me very well, his doesn't describe him at all.
What's a good site to check?

I have a great-aunt who's really into astrology. The first thing she did when she found out I was dating MinMan was ask when our birthdays were. She approved of our relationship because our signs were compatible! I was curious, of course, and did a little googlin'. The results are hilarious! I'm Taurus, he's Pisces, and we're supposed to enjoy the finer things in life. Namely, spending lots of money and having lots of sex. LOL.
We're highly compatible according to the Chinese horoscope too (I'm a dragon, he's a monkey, and we're supposed to have a mutual understanding of how awesome and clever we are).
