I am feeling like an absolute blimp today.  Granted, it is the day before my period, but I've been noticing for a couple of weeks now that my pants are starting to fit a little too tight.  I've been blaming it on the combination of Halloween candy and all the eating I did at my friend's wedding, but I know I've been stress eating too.  I actually am wearing spanx at work today to fit into a pencil skirt that used to be a little big on me - ACK!

Any suggestions for me - my wedding's in 19 days.  I tried on the dress (last Saturday, with spanx) and it was fitting OK, but I'm starting to get worried...

drink LOTS of water...avoid any other beverages if you can!

eat normal, just don't over do it...and avoid salty foods...and exercise, in moderation. You don't have to go overboard :)

You'll be fine and lovely, don't worry!

Yep - lots and lots of water. It's not only good for your digestion, but also does wonders for your skin. Cardio, even brisk walking for an hour a day (4+ days a week, but aim for 5 at least)!

And DON'T try to alter the way you're eating too much. Just eat like usual, and enjoy yourself. Ask yourself "WHY AM I EATING THIS?" before it goes into your mouth. If you're not hungry, just put it down! Most people have a body weight that their body is comfortable being. (Mine is 159, lol. And it's perfectly happy right there!) It will adjust itself if you take care of yourself and don't stress eat. (I totally need to follow my own advice.) :)

    You're going to be beautiful!

What about cutting carbs, it's not that great for long term weight loss but I can drop weight really quick when I do it.
