I'm glad you posted this. I actually wanted to get a pre-nup, but we actually didn't have much time to go and get one. Now we're in the thought process of a post-nup.
Before the wedding I considered getting a pre-nup since my husband has a lot of assets accumulated from before the wedding, including family property that was passed down. Now that we are married it feels weird to think about possibly breaking up. Either way my husband has been against a pre=nup and now a post-nup from the beginning.
