Oh no!  I'm sure that you can fix it with some Tacky Glue and use popsicle sticks to hold it together until it dries.

I know it's a stupid question, but could you either A) glue it back together or B) explain what happened to the seller and see if he/she will send you a new one, free of charge?

I bet the seller will send you a new one.  Ask for rush shipping.

Did you have shipping insurance?  If so, the post will reimburse you for the cost of the broken item.  If not, you're outta luck.  I always purchase shipping insurance!!!

Adding that I wouldn't order a new one with rush ship ... chances are that it could arrive broken as well and then what!?  I would look for something in your area!

Most of the sellers on Etsy are great to deal with. I ordered a centerpiece that was broken in the mail and the seller offered to give me a full refund or to send me a new one because her packaging had been pretty shoddy. Good luck!

I'm optimistic that the seller will replace it (and they the seller will package the next one better).  Unfortunately, the seller may not answer emails until Tuesday since it is a holiday weekend.  If you don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'd take lots of pictures of the damage and then either try to fix it or find a new one.  If the seller doesn't offer you compensation, I'd mention the packing problems when you leave feedback.

well I contacted the Esty Seller and she is AWESOME!! she is shipping one today should be here by Friday. I dont understand how it broke... she put like piles of bubble and wrapped it in more bubble in a envelope! it was really nicely packaged.. maybe just shaken too much at the Post office.

I did glue it back and it looks Okay... but i would rather use something new

Anything in an envilope can still get broken. She should have sent it in a box.... o well hopefully the next one will arrive without a problem!! So glad you got a quick response from her!
