It's a fact that when the economy goes down, the infomericals go up!  (Blame it on my journalism degree.)  So with all these ads floating around, have you bees purchased any?  My mom bought me a Snuggie (one of the best inventions ever -- I wear it in summer!) and I just bought Bottle Tops.  You pop them onto cans so they become like water bottles with the screw on caps.

I want everything I see on infomercials. I've got a couple of Snuggies, the Magic Bullet, and used Proactiv for years...and still do when I have major breakouts. When we registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond...I went a little nuts in the "As Seen On TV" section. I can't help it. I also LOVE my Snuggie and wear it all the time around the house.

OMG! My father is an Infomercial and QVC junkie. I have three full sets of Cooks Essentials pots and pans, and bakeware. I have the Magic Bullet, the Super Chopper(I think that's what it's called. Chef Tony). I have received two different smoothie machines, three George Foreman grills (YES__THREE), a set of Miracle Blades, a set of Showtime knives, an ice cream maker, various cleaning rags including Star Fibers and ShamWows. I have these weird little mugs that make coffee and tea, but not just one...three of each. He just brought me a wine caddy and an extreme wine bottle opener. Oh, and food storage containers, which I just told him to not bring me anymore. There is a ton of just CRAP!

He's a daddy-come-lately and lives in PA. I would be scared to see what his house looks like, because he has a serious problem. I wish he would take some of that money he's spending and pitch in for my wedding, but I think he has an issue with my stepdad walking me down the aisle.... but that is a whole other issue! Sorry!!!

Anyway, I, too, have a secret obsession with workout infomercials. I have quite a few of the exercise programs. Yoga Booty Ballet, Core Secrets, and I'm thinking about buying a couple of others I've seen on early in the morning. But,I have found that you can find them pretty chaep on Amazon.

MissMelissaB - I totally forgot I got a bump it too! But I bought mine at the salon... I guess that still counts.

I have some kind of cap for soda cans that keeps the fizz from leaving. I have a ShamWow, two magic bullets, and I want to buy Bump-its for nights out. I also have those green grocery veggie bags, which, by the way, DO keep your stuff fresher longer. My mom also bought me a Flip video camera from a commercial online. They sell all this stuff at Walgreens by the way =]

I have the smooth away, (doesn't work), george foreman, and green grocery veggie bags.  I really really want the magic bullet.  Honestly, I love infomercials.  I know.  It's weird.  But  they such me in once I start watching them.  And most of the time I really want the product advertised.  I'm surprised I haven't given in more often.  Oh I was going to get bumpits but then read a bunch of bad reviews so I passed on them.

I didn't buy my Bump It from the actual commercial either.  I got mine at CVS - it was half the price with only one set.

I usually buy my As Seen on TV stuff at a store so I don't have to pay for shipping and waiting for it to arrive.  I'm absolutely awful about checking the mail and tracking numbers when I'm waiting for something to be shipped to me.

I'm sorry your Smooth Away didn't work meowkers. I have one too and I love it.  I guess its just something that is a hit or miss. I was just glad it worked for me since i have SUPER sensitive skin and have some sort of rash all year no matter what.  Shaving would mean me having razor burn/allergic reaction for a week after...no matter what. but anyways....

We are trying not to get too much of this stuff until after we get a new house and our wedding is over...I have a feeling our families will do the honors..lol.  But i want just about everything,  I am a gaget girl and like to get things just becuase they look neat, not because I need them or they will sere a purpose....like my folding ruler that isnt accurate, but its fun....

I have the Veggie bags too. I also have these toastabag things that you can use to make grilled chhese sandwiches in the toaster. Thy're also great for heating up french fries and crab rangoons. I really like them.

I love my Magic Bullet and would totally recommend it to anyone!

I am a sucker for informercials. I have the Magic Bullet, but unlike Miss Starlet I'm not as big a fan. I think if it didn't involve so many parts, I would use it more and love.

I will say that I have the GT Express, and that thing ROCKS! You can make so many yummy things in there, even though it is hard to clean.

Is the GT Express the sandwich making grill thing? That does look pretty cool!

I've been a big infomercial fan since I was 10 and convinced my dad to buy me a stick blender thing that whipped skim milk. (I loved that thing!) Lately I've bought a Pediegg and my fiance bought a bunch of Shamwows. He keeps talking me out of buying a Magic Bullet, though. Apparently we already have two regular blenders. Like that should be a deterrent... As Seen on TV! : wedding infomercial Icon Razz

Lol, I work at a catalog company in Marketing and we sell a lot of ASTV stuff so I have a few things since I can buy it at a discount. We have the Sham-Wow, Snuggie, H20 Mop and Dryer Balls. Also Hercules Hooks are great!

OOOOH I just went and looked at the Bump its!  How could I not know about these?  I must've been too obsessed with my Snuggie.  I'm definitely getting one!  Although the women on the Bump It web site kinda scare me.

My magic bullet currently sits on my desk at work. It's good for snack smoothies but it's hella loud.

I got another one for a wedding gift. It takes up so much room it's not even funny with all those little pieces. I really just wanted a regular, full size blender. I have a food processor, so I find that i don't need it at home but i love its portability at work

I've watched that Magic Bullet informerical like ten times. It's on our Target registry, I'm hoping someone will get it for us!

I've got the Pedi-egg (works great!) the Topsy-turvy tomato planter (it's coming along) and the green bags (love them).  Oh, and a snuggie!  I really like the snuggie, and apparently my dog does too...she ate a big hole in the bottom of it!

I really want the Topsy Turvy strawberry planter, but I can only find it online in a double pack with expensive shipping!

My ShamWows worked great until husband put them in the dryer. They still work okay, they're just really linty.

I watched an episode of Pitchmen on Discovery Channel, and it convinced me that I needed to buy Impact Gel, which is the "world's greatest insole."  It was interesting to hear about the background behind the story and the people behind the invention.
