ahhhh! so I got engaged a few days ago (yay!) We discussed ring options and decided to go with asha. (eng951b from ashadiamonds.com) the setting is GORGEOUS! For the first three or so days, the ring was PERF!. I babied it! Well, today I’ve noticed some warmth, like a noticibale difference between the stone and the halo. I will update pics when I can to show the difference Is this normal? Would cleaning help get it back to its former clarity or did I get a dud??
I’m within the 30 days so if need be, it can be returned…

No, I never saw any warmth in my asha stone. This July will be 2 years that I’ve owned it without any issues. I say give it a good cleaning with some water, (bottle or distilled) dawn soap, and a baby toothbrush. The asha attracts oils since it has that diamond coating and diamonds attract oils too.

i actually bought an asha for fun b/c i wanted to wear it when i go on vaca and i didn’t want to wear my real ring. evrytime i wear it out to jewelry stores, all the jewelers say.. that’s a fake diamond…so i would say, can you look for something that is cheaper that still looks like a diamond? b/c asha is quite expensive for something that’s cubic zirconium. i was so mad at my jeweler when he first said this to me, but after him, i had several other jewelers tell me the same thing…i just wanted to give you a heads up
