I've seen hairpieces like that both at Koon Nam Wah (the qua shop in Hong Kong) and at various street markets in Hong Kong. If you don't have any luck with qua shops in the states, perhaps just googling red fascinators will get you something close?
Thanks hotcocoa! My BM is in HK right now. Whereabouts is Koon Nam Wah in HK?
There's one in Kowloon and one in Wanchai. Here's their website: http://www.koonnamwah.com.hk/
There'll also be hundreds of choices at the Wedding Mall (Golden Plaza, located at 747 Nathan Road), which Mrs. Toucan and I have both blogged about in the past. I didn't get any hair items there, but I did pick up our favors and invitations there.

Hi ladies!
I came across a beautiful wedding hair piece, but have no idea where I would find something like this? I've tried ebay and etsy, but I think the issue is that I don't know what it's called, or even the right words to describe it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Vivian
