I made a little quiz/activity booklet for people to do at the reception. On the back, there's a photo I Spy game, and at the bottom of the page, I put our shutterfly info. I think I'll also post it on our wedding website as well.
I like the business card idea too! You could look into vistaprint.com -- they have excellent prices and do business cards where you can either use their template or upload your own.
We got business cards made just for this purpose too! I plan on including them in the welcome gifts for our out of town guests, as well as have them layed out in various locations at our reception space (eg the bar, the coffee tables and end tables of the seating areas, etc.) I ordered 250 cards and we're expecting about 160 guests, so there's plenty to go around!
I've been thinking about doing this too, however I'm going to add the information to our Thank You cards (1. I don't have time to make anything now since we leave for the wedding in 2 days and 2. I thought guests would lose the info since we are having a DW).
I got a thing from David's Bridal to get a free photo album and calander made from shutterfly so I want to take advantage of that with the guest photos. I figure we'll have the pro photos and the album we get with our photog package so what can this hurt?

We want to make little business cards guests can take home that ask them to upload any pictures from the wedding to a shutterfly or other photo account and provide the website and password... We'll probably include a fun picture from our engagement photo shoot to make it look aesthetically pleasing... has anyone else thought to do this? Is so, how are you executing it? Does anyone have a "fun" way to word this? TIA
