@MissTatas:  If you just google them or search arm workout on pinterest you can find many of them. There is a 7 day jiggly arm one that I printed out but only got to do it for a couple days because my shoulder was bothering me before i started it and it only got worse. So I will start it again next week 🙂

arm circles! seriously low tech but definitely work 🙂 you don’t need weights, can do them anywhere. i used to do them everytime a commercial came on!

@MissTatas:  FI’s mom is a massage therapist and does deep tissue massage. I’m a nurse and I hold a lot of stress and tension in my shoulders so my muscles get really tight. She’s workin on fixing it 🙂 It’s better since I went to her last week but still bugs me a little. She gave me some shoulder workouts to do so I’m waiting on a foam roller to arrive and that should help too. Then I’ll be back on the wagon with my jiggly arm workout. I am doing an ab and squat challenge too!

tricep raises behind your head with a weight held horizontally between both hands. alternating bicep curls. shoulder presses.
