We are so excited to have as our spring Bee Party, a night of culinary education!  Yes, our newlywed and soon- to- be- married bees will experience a night of cooking school!

The Aprons cooking school (Held at the Publix in Alpharetta, on State Bridge Road) is offering an exciting class called "Springs' Fresh Flavors"!

The cost to attend the class is $40, and it will be held on Saturday night, March 19 at 7 p.m.! 

What a yummy menu we'll learn to cook also!  Get ready to learn from the pros' some amazing treats you and your significant other will enjoy time and again!  Here's some of the tempting dishes we will learn:

• asparagus and bacon tart
• duck breast over spring mix with a walnut raspberry viniagrette
• roast leg of lam with new potatoes and haricot verts
• strawberry and rhubarb pie

I don't know about your hubby or wife, but my hubby adores rhubarb pie!  He was so excited about the dessert in this class!

How easy peasy is that?  You prepay.  Reservations for the class are on a first come first serve basis, so that means pre-paying is what you have to do.

I am paying today for mine at the link below.  I would do so quickly since the classes fill up quite fast!  I am expecting a return call from the Aprons' school either today or Monday and I will post even more information then.

Well this is an EVENING class, beginning at 7 pm, so if you're doing daytime stuff, this might still work well for you!

Well I am going and it's going to be fun!  No matter how many of you attend, it's still going to be fabulous and I'm excited about learning new recipes.

Fwiw, my husband has had to go (his firm has sent him) and take on a really large client up in MI, and is gone m-th now, and it's sad, yes, but I am taking time out from our few days together on the weekend to still go.
