A while back, we all discussed how nice it'd be to have a meetup at Cafe Intermezzo (perimeter location) and I'd like to see who might bee up for a meetup in July? Early July?
I should have all the time in the world then and could not think of anything more fun than an outside table at dusk/early evening, with a delectable dessert and/or glass of vino with some weddingbee friends!
Who feels up for some guilty pleasures and bridal fun?
Let's do this finally!
I would love to especially since it seems like my husband will be traveling a lot coming up.

I'm never on here anymore, but I did want to see if there would be a meetup this summer. And lo and behold! :) Belle - please email me as well if you guys come up with a date and destination. I would love to meet up with you girls.

Bell post the date when you have one! I would definitely come as long as I'm not out of town. Seriously I have no excuse, I'm at Intermezzo like twice a week (I have an addiction to their coffee and hazelnut torte)
Laylabelle! I remember when you and I were talking about eating organic and being HFCS free! I've been addicted to Harry's ever since. We really do need all need to get together.

After I move next weekend (weekend of the 30th of May) we can settle back to normal life again and we'll set a date for the meetup!

Oooh I'd love to join everyone. I'm getting married mid-July and moving to Atlanta at the end of the month. I hope I can make it and if not, I hope there'll be another!

Cafe Intermezzo sounds wonderful! I'll be at Santa Rosa beach June 4-9th, a high school reunion in TN on July 17th, and an evening wedding in town on July 24th. Other than that, I think I'm free whenever!
I'll try to see what I can do to accomodate as many of our atl bees as possible, but I'm getting hitched during the last week of July and then having my reception Aug. 7 in ATL!
After this sunday, my life should be a bit easier to manage (the big move to FI's house is in progress as we speak!) and can crack open the virtual daytimer and check and see which weekend looks best for me to break the diet and splurge at Cafe Intermezzo!
We'll all have a blast! Whether waiting, engaged, or married bees, it's all good and can't wait :) ATL bees rock!

Well I've moved in and I'm living in boxes (T's fine, it is his place) and getting things just re-arranged and sorted.
Let's look at times...maybe in 2 weeks? Would that work for anybody?
Thoughts on weekend vs. weekday evening too.

Two weeks works for me! Saturdays are always better than weeknights IMO, but I could manage either.
Weekemds are better for me too... would love to meetup with everyone
In two weeks, I'm getting le married, so that would definitely be out por moi. :p
weekends are hard for me until end of July - weddings, our anniversary, sick MIL care, holidays, etc...but once you schedule it I'll be there if I can :)
So it's a weekend.
I wish I could accomodate everybody, but we'll go with the majority of people and their availability.
Last time we kept rescheduling and rescheduling and it hit on the weekend of the big flood here in ATL, and we had poor turnout, except for the AWESOME bee who made it (you know who you are!), so I'm hoping we can really do this one incredibly well!
Now...I'm assuming since it's a weekend and we're all engaged with things to do, would say an afternoon around 1 or 2 pm be good w/everybody?
Btw, I've moved and we survived it! His furniture and mine are all in the living room and I'm still dealing w/boxes but we're doing great. Gotta get this furniture thing solved!
Anyhow, lemme know if a weekend afternoon is good! Hugs!
Works for me.. Saturdays are better then Sundays for me.. if its Sunday it will have to be after 4pm for me.
I agree Saturdays are better as well and if on a Sunday then after 3pm
I think Saturday or Sunday afternoons are a great idea! Being at Intermezzo as the sun goes down lingering over a delicious latte, nothing better I tell you, nothing better. . lets do it before Scissors gets married so we can give her well wishes!
