Do you think that you might be more comfortable wearing it at the wedding since it’s in December?  It should be cold out then.  A fan just sounds dangerous.

LOL I thought the same thing before my wedding.

I am not going to lie it was hot but when I got dancing I was holding the skirt up a lot!

Maybe you can have your MOH carry a small fan for you. Maybe you can check with the venue and see if the heat can be a certain temp (that would be comfortable for you and not uncomfortable for everyone else).

you can do what mascots do, and tuck a few ice packs instead – way less dangerous! And you don’t have to freeze them, you can just referidgerate so they won’t be too cold against your skin.

I am not sure what a Beauty & the Beast kind of dress looks like, but I am assuming it is ballgownish with lots of tulle to keep the shape. I suggest wearing a hoop skirt instead of crinoline filled with tulle. The hoop skirt keeps material off your legs thereby keeping it cool. It is the tulle in dresses along with their non-breathable material that makes the dress warm. Good luck!

I’m not really sure how a fan could possibly be mounted in your dress but I like your thinking. I’m a sweater and sweating at my wedding is one of my biggest fears. I am seriously thinking about stuffing a thin ice pack down the back of my spanx!
