This wouldn't be the easiest, but hot glue is a miracle glue- if you were VERY careful- they would stay on and look good.
Studio...I'm planning on putting rhinestones on my invites too, but can't seem to find anywhere to buy them in bulk...if you don't mind sharing where did you get them at and how much were they?
Thanks!
I used a Hot Fix tool I bought at Joanns for like $10. You have to buy special Hot Fix rhinestones but it makes your life so much easier.
I bought all my swarvoski crystals from Hot Fixx Queen on eBay.
Try www.Artbeads.com or www.Danceshopper.com, I'm not sure the glue on the hotfix ones will really stick to paper, and they might mess up your paper with the heat. Magnatac (also called Bridal Glue) will stick things that are not made of the same substance together like swarovski to fabric, etc. It doesn't turn yellow and can take hot and cold temperatures after drying.
Stay away from the hotglue!
I teach dance and eyelash glue seems to work wonders on just about everything. I have used eyelash glue on clothing and paper crafts.
So either try Eyelash glue or Fabric Glue also works pretty well
I totally am in love with DreatimeCreations.com- they sell swarovski hotfix crystals in bulk. My invitations and everything are crystallized, and this has made attaching crystals a breeze. You have to buy a hotfix wand, and it was worth the 20 dollars it cost. I got like 1,500 crystals for less than 50.00....I could not beat that price ANYWHERE.....you should check them out!
try to buy the self adhesive ones for cellphones and ipods, easy and AMAZING! I used them for shower invites and they were perfect
Try model glue. I was in a rhinestone craz for a while, putting them on EVERYTHING, and that seemed to work the best for me.
I am a stationery designer. I use Rhinestones on some of my invitations - to keep them in place without fail, I use Aileen's paper glaze, or any paper glaze will do. Paper glaze is a fantastic asset for any kind of adhesive. I also use it over glitter to keep the glitter from spreading, works like a dream!

Does anyone have any great suggestions for glueing rhinestones to invitations? Mine seem to be falling off so I need another solution. I tried crazy glue but the chemical in it ate away at the backing on the rhinestone. Regular craft glue doesn't seem to work. I've been told maybe heat press would work?
They don't fall off immediately but after a while they just seem to pop right off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
