Ahhhhhh! I will not eat ten cookies even though I feel like I could eat 13. Or 20. =/ And I had four pieces of pizza today. And salad, and 2 muffins and like 100 pieces of pineapple. And fries. VOM.

I don't think 3 tacos and 9 cookies are that weird or pregnancy related.

Boy i sound like a fat kid now =-]. Mmm jack in the box tacos and cookies!

@ejs4y8: I was just thinking about how I could probably eat that much and I'm not pregnant.  Yum! Smile

@ejs4y8: They aren't two foods I would normally eat together...I don't think! haha! And I've never eaten nine cookies in my life. Usually if I eat a cookie, I have one with my tea at night. lol.

You obviously have more willpower than the majority of us then, HAHA! I could easily pound 3 tacos. I don't think i knew a girl in my entire sorority who couldn't eat a whole roll of girl scout cookies, either, in one sitting. Especially frozen...mmm. Then again, maybe the ability to eat only one cookie is why you are more slender than me, lo ;P

My one friend was a pro cheerleader right before getting pregnant and she called me up hysterical the day she bought those bagged cheese danishes from the vending machine at work. Apparently that was her on her "things i'd never eat in a million years" list also. This reminds me of that story, that's all =]

Oh well. I guess my news is not that exciting then. lol. I just don't eat cookies. Maybe I'll change it to "I ate 9 tacos and 20 cookies" Is that more exciting?

Haha, I'm in the same boat as PP's where three tacos and nine oreos is just daily breakfast and "light lunch" to me :)

@flamingred: It is exciting news! Some of us - at least one of us *raises hand* - are just fat slobs, lol. It is exciting just that you have a baby on the way giving you ferocious appetite.

I'm just jealous because I've been on this diet for a week because doctor thinks I have something called IC. Chronic bladder condition where I'm supposed to stay off 90% of foods a normal person eats, including healthy ones. I can't find anything at work I'm allowed to eat, so all I ate all day was salad without dressing, garlic bread and 8 coconut cookies. To boot, my symptoms are not improving, I don't have a baby on the way to make it all worthwhile, and I'm angry and miserable! Now there's nothing exciting about THAT.

Lately my appetite is through the floor. My stomach has shrank and anytime I eat anything substantial, I get awful heartburn/reflux.

I agree @mrstilly: I havent had any type of appetite in weeks. We made tacos last night and I ate half of one. Its almost getting ridiculous, but atleast its helping the weight stay down for now. And hopefully once the sickness subsides I'll get it back and still not end up too heavy.

I also think I'm a strange pregnant woman because oreos sound absolutely disgusting to me.

Haha.  Well if it makes you feel better I ate bread dough and M&Ms for lunch today.  I dont really like M&Ms but apprently pregnant me thinks they are great wrapped in bread dough and eaten like a sandwich.  Along with like a half a carton of OJ mixed with a bit of gingerale.   I'm wondering if any of these combos will still be delicious after pregnancy.

@LpCutiPie:  I've been lucky so far and not had any throw ups, just a bit of naseua but gingerale for some reason seems to calm my belly.  I tried just to steep ginger but the kid likes the carbonation and the ginger.

@troubled: I'm half jealous. Everyone told me to try gingerale and it was the sickest I've ever gotten. Just awful lol... My kid seems to be a picky eater already- I always knew karma was a b*tch lol...

I ate 32 chocolate munchkins one day last week after I woke up craving them at 5 AM and burst into tears because the Dunkin Donuts down the street wouldn't open for another hour.

I would just watch out... I gained 30 pounds in the first three months of my last pregnancy. I couldn't help it, I was starving 24/7 and only wanted carbs.

Tacos are my weakness during this pregnancy! My two year old even started saying 'Taco Bell' the other night when I asked what him and my husband wanted for dinner! A few nights ago I ate a WHOLE steak burrito from Qudoba (They are HUGE if you've never seen one!) THEN I made my hubby go through he Taco Bell drive thru to get me a Large Diet Coke (Doesn't Taco Bell have the best soft drinks?!) and a hard shell Taco. I ate it ALL! And the weirdest thing is that when I wasn't pregnant I really didn't like tacos all that much. Weird.

Haha, last night for dinner I ate one of those family-sized 3-servings things of Stouffer's lasagna. Then I had a cookie for dessert. Yeah, like I really needed dessert!

@flamingred: I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow. I did okay in my first trimester but when my morning (really all day) sickness kicked in at about 10/11 weeks it all went down hill from there. Everyone keeps telling me it should be gone by now or going soon but no such luck as of yet... I'm dreaming of the days where food sounds good to me!

Sounds like a typical Tuesday for me and I'm not even pregnant.  When I DO become pregnant, I will likely eat my way through three counties whilst screaming "I'm eating for two jerks!  Don't judge!!" before I get a handle on myself.

If your baby wants Oreos it wants Oreoes, what are you gonna do?  ;)

@LpCutiPie: Have you tried taking vitamin B6?  My OB started me on it when my morning sickness wouldn't go away.  It seemed to help some so it may be worth considering.  It is a liquid that you hold under your tongue for a minute and then go on about your business.
