I am having a hard time choicing the best gifts for my attendants. My younger sister is my Maid/Matron of Honor, my finace’s sister and my dear friend are my bridesmaids. I would like to get them something nice and I am willing to spend a little money on them, since I only have three attendants. I don’t want any cheesy gifts (who does?) I will be having them wear pearls on our wedding day and may end up giving them a nice set to wear ……AND that is all that I have for them.. I really am lost and I unhappy with some of the selection of attendants gifts. I don’t know what to do…ugh!
I would love to hear what you are doing and any suggestions you may have 🙂

You don’t have to get them all the same thing. You know what their interests are, you should get them something personal to each one of them. I love books, specifically poetry. I’ve been in a few weddings and the gifts I received that meant the most were personal type gifts. I was in my best girlfriends wedding, and as a gift she got me a first edition signed copy of a book by Robert Frost, one of my favorite poets. It is still, and will always be, one of my most treasured possessions, because of what it is and who it came from.

I agree with SandyThePoet, personal gifts might be a nice idea. How about getting them massages or spa treatments? maybe a nice framed photo from the wedding of you and the person? A really nice letter goes a long way as well.
